3-Day Angkor Wat Small Circuit, Floating Village, Koh Ker and Beng Mealea

Tour Itinerary

Day 1

Morning

In the morning, we’ll come to pick you up from your hotel around 4:40am. You can ask your hotel to prepare you a breakfast box. We’ll then transfer you to Angkor Wat to see the sunrise.

After the sunrise, we’ll explore Angkor Wat temple and learn all about the history of the world’s largest religious monument.

We’ll then stop of breakfast and then head over to the South Gate of Angkor Thom. You can stop to take in the beautiful scenery of the manmade moat and the tower gate.

The tour will then continue to Bayon temple. This is where you will see the beautiful smiling faces and Bayon is one of the most popular temples inside Angkor Thom, the ancient capital city of the Khmer Empire. Finally, we’ll got to see the Tomb Raider Temple (Ta Prohm) and Banteay Srei.

Afternoon

In the afternoon, we’ll go to visit the Roluos Group and Kampong Phluk fishing village and the flooded mangrove forest on the Tonle Sap lake.

Day 2

Morning

At about 7.00am, we’ll come to pick you up to go visit Prasat Koh Ker Group Temples of King Jayavarman IV (922-944). You’ll see the Lingas Temple, Prasat Pram, Prasat Damrei and Prasat Neang Khoa. We’ll then stop at a local restaurant to get lunch and to rest for a while.

Afternoon

After lunch, we’ll go to visit Prasat Beng Mealea temple. It’s a beautiful temple still living inside the dense forest and it’s maintained in its original ruined condition.

Day 3

On the third day, we’ll explore attractions around Siem Reap town. We’ll take you to see the West Baray reservoir, Artisans d’Angkor, Silk Farm, Angkor National Museum, the Killing fields and go to visit some local markets.

The tour prices are for a group and not per person. You will need a 1-day Angkor Pass for this tour ($37 per person). Guests are reminded to ensure that they wear appropriate clothing when entering the temples. You must keep you shoulders and knees covered.
